Yeroku is a portfolio-first platform designed for beauty professionals, including hairstylists, salon owners, nail technicians, estheticians, and barbers. The Service enables you to:

- Connect with potential clients in your area
- Access business growth tools designed for the beauty industry
- Integrate with third-party platforms and services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing Content, suspending or terminating Accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
User Content
Ownership
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By posting User Content on the Service, you do not transfer ownership of that Content to Yeroku.
License Grant
By posting User Content on the Service, you grant Yeroku a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such Content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
Content Representations
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content and grant the license described above
- Your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights
- Your User Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations
- If your User Content includes images of clients or their work, you have obtained their consent to display such images on the Service
Content Removal
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. We are not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so at our discretion.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Yeroku and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Yeroku name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Yeroku or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify or copy the Service or its content
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose not expressly permitted
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Service
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Service
- Transfer the license to another party
Payment Terms
Subscription Plans
Yeroku offers both free and paid Subscription plans. Paid plans provide access to additional features and functionality. Details of available plans and pricing are available on our website.
Billing
If you choose a paid Subscription, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select. Your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all fees due.
Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team.

Termination

Termination by Us

- Non-payment of fees
- Extended periods of inactivity
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. You will no longer have access to your Account or any Content stored in the Service. We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your Content after termination.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeroku disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
Any Content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the Service is accessed at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your device or loss of data that results from such download.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Yeroku, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Cost of substitute services
- Any other intangible losses
This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the Service, inability to use the Service, or any other interactions with the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Yeroku in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds (GBP 100), whichever is greater.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you by:

- Sending an email to the address associated with your Account

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of such right or provision. The waiver of any such right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Yeroku.
